Every client that lists with me receives the following:
1 – Customized Marketing Plan – Together, we will sit down and come up with the plan that makes the most sense for YOUR property. Not every property is the same, and our marketing plans shouldn’t be either!
2 – Professional Media & Floor Plans – I always work with a professional photographer to ensure we are making the best first impression to prospective buyers. We have the ability to get drone photos/video, virtual tours, floor plans – and more!
3 – Comprehensive Analysis of Market Data – This is where my 10+ years of experience works to your benefit! Before we “go live”, I will do an in-depth study of the current market conditions that may impact the sale of your property and guide our pricing strategy. Once we are active on the market, my research does not stop there. I continue to monitor the local market and work with you to make any adjustments we feel are necessary.
All of my listings are shared with all local MLSs – spanning the Triad, Alamance County and the Triangle. Not every agent belongs to all local systems, and given the amount of cross searching Central NC, it is important for sellers to have maximum visibility for their property.
